I am renting out a beautiful, large, sunny and spacious apartment after complete renovation in an excellent location right in the center of Poznan at the corner of ul. Polwiejska and Dluga. The apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated tenement. I will rent the apartment to private individuals (max 5 occupants) or for quiet activities.

The premises have three very large rooms: 36m2, 24m2, and 22m2 living room connected with an open corridor. It is possible to divide the largest room (36m2) into two independent rooms of a similar area of 18m2, making it a four-room apartment (with 3 independent bedrooms).

There is a possibility to rent a parking space in the underground garage under the Ataner apartment building at ul. Ogrodowa/Piekary less than 200 meters from the apartment.

I am not interested in renting to intermediaries or companies that want to carry out secondary divisions of the premises. The only division I allow is dividing the largest room into two. The agreement is for a minimum of 12 months. No smoking.
