Layout and shape of the rooms


Most apartments in the area have tunnel-like, narrow rooms, completely unarranged, therefore the architects of the building at Wałbrzyska 48, when erecting their work in 1993 (a dozen years later than the surrounding blocks), opted for a more practical arrangement of rooms and nearly square rooms. At the same time, they are arranged so that in the living room, one cannot hear family members in the bathrooms or other rooms. Only the last room and the toilets share a wall with the neighbor, so the apartment gives a great sense of privacy.

The apartment faces south providing peaceful mornings without heating the walls and sunlight waking us from sleep. The living room is very bright during the day, having a window on both the south and the west allowing one to enjoy the sunset view.

The height of the apartment (8th floor out of 16) separates it from the sounds directly from the block while also guaranteeing the absence of drawbacks of apartments located on the top floor (heating from the roof or leaking).

This way, we can safely store bicycles in front of the apartment. This is much more convenient than using the bike storage room (which is also available in the block if someone wants to).

The apartment is ideally located, right next to the metro station, bus stops, and tram lines. Thanks to the wide availability of public transport, Wałbrzyska meets the criteria of a 15-minute city, where a few stops away we have access to the office, cinema, swimming pool, shopping malls, educational institutions and recreational areas (Dolinka Służewska Park). Well connected, just 600 meters from the intersection of Puławska, Al. Niepodległości, Al. Wilanowska streets or just 8 minutes from the entrance to the Warsaw bypass.
