The electrical installations include a three-phase connection for an induction kitchen or ceramic plate and single-phase connections with electrical sockets and light points. A video intercom, TV/INTERNET in the living room, and standard electrical equipment ensure user comfort.

External finishes include a facade with thin-layer plaster on insulation with 20cm styrofoam boards, terraces above the ground floor and in the garden made of plates laid in ventilation technology and polbruk type paving. The external railings are made of steel, and the area is fenced with a segment fence. Internal roads and approaches to the doors are made of concrete and polbruk paving, and the green area can be developed according to personal preferences. Street lighting and access to garden water provide additional comfort of property use.
