d) Basic services should be concentrated along the county road KZp, on plots with increased areas.
e) Residential buildings on plots adjacent simultaneously to county road KZp and KD road or to KL and KD road should be situated from the side of KD streets.
f) From plots adjacent simultaneously to county road KZp and access roads KD, exits should be realized to a lower category road (i.e., to the access road).
The area with symbols 24MN/U, 30MN/U, 34MN/U, 47MN/U is designated for single-family residential development with general village services.
