Article 30. 1. SIM (Social Housing Initiatives) may rent a residential unit built with the use of credit granted by the National Economy Bank based on loan applications submitted by September 30, 2009, or with the use of return financing to a natural person, if:


the natural person and persons reported for joint residence, on the day of taking the unit, do not have legal title to another residential unit in the same locality;
the average monthly income of the household in the year preceding the year in which the lease agreement is concluded does not exceed 1.5 of the last announced average monthly gross salary in the national economy in the province where the residential unit is located.

According to Article 30 paragraph 3 of the above-mentioned act: A person applying for the lease of the residential unit is obliged to submit to SIM (Social Housing Initiatives) a declaration of the average monthly income of the household in the previous year and present a certificate from the relevant local tax office regarding the income obtained by that person and the persons reported by them for joint residence. After delivering these documents, it will be possible to verify whether the person meets the requirements and give the green light for the takeover.
