Franciszka Klimczaka numbers: 12, 10, 8, 6, 5, and ul. Sarmacka 7 and 9, I will also consider all other similar locations. I prefer an exchange for an apartment 45-55m2, or slightly larger (1-2 rooms in an apartment building of higher standard). The apartment must be unfurnished, it can be an apartment suitable for a major renovation. Discussion about the apartment exchange should be balanced at the level of the amount of information exchanged on both sides of the potential transaction. Exchange - PLN equivalent from the difference in m2 - a hypothetical example - if we agree that I value my apartment at 1.75M PLN (including the parking space and additional utility room), and the apartment in exchange up to 55m2 with a parking space and additional utility room - I estimate at a value of no more than 1.15M PLN - the payment in this transaction is 600K PLN, i.e. the value of an additional 50m2. If we assume that the exchanged apartment is not encumbered with debt, the above amount can today be borrowed from the bank, even by people with low creditworthiness in this transaction.
