The subject of the advertisement is the sale of an amazing apartment for your own arrangement and renovation with an area of approximately 77 square meters, located on the third floor of the most beautiful tenement house in Lubsko at ul. Emilii Plater No. 2A.

After renovation, the apartment can be rented for amounts ranging from at least 2,000.00 PLN to 3,000.00 PLN per month plus, of course, fees to the Community and for energy, which at the listed sale price of the apartment of 329,000.00 PLN means that the current cost of its acquisition will be recouped after nine years.
Moreover, the monthly mortgage payment when financing the purchase of the apartment is several hundred PLN lower per month than the possible monthly rental income as mentioned above, which means that the potential loan is paid off by the tenants and several hundred PLN per month remains.
