b. adaptation and location of non-intrusive services and other non-intrusive functions (e.g. production crafts) provided that: - they do not limit the possibility of realizing the primary function of the area on neighboring plots (situating objects and devices related to homestead development), - they are accessible from the public road or pedestrian-vehicle path
c. location of service-economic buildings on single-family housing plots located in MR areas, in several buildings,
d. transformation of homesteads into holiday development,
e. possibility of realizing a second residential building in the agricultural homestead (without separating the plot), provided that the object does not cause a conflict with existing and planned development,
f. the location of breeding farms that may significantly impact the environment is excluded,
g. compact areas designated for services, single-family housing, or holiday development may not exceed an area of 0.5 ha for I-III class soils and 1.0 ha for IV class soils, except in cases where the consent of the relevant government administration bodies for non-agricultural purposes is concerned,
3) The traditional character of village development must be maintained:
a. in the scale of development - maximum height of two floors, the second floor recommended as usable attic,
b. in the form and proportion of building mass in reference to local traditions,
c. situating buildings in a uniform line from the edges of public roads, excluding cases where this condition would prevent the development of the plot,
d. covering residential buildings with sloping roofs with a symmetrical slope above 30°,
Access to the plot from the district asphalt road from the SW direction.
