The WATER-SAN installation was replaced with plastic PP. Both supply and drainage pipes were replaced. A linear drain was also installed. Soon, KSM will be eliminating gas stoves, but during the renovation, an additional water installation (loop) for hot water was prepared, which is released to the staircase, so the new owner will not have pipes pulled under the ceiling, etc.

The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a ten-story building. There is a ramp for disabled people to the staircase, and you can reach the 6th floor using a new elevator.

The apartment comes with a basement, and on the 10th floor, there is a drying room that can be used.
