The administrator of the block is the housing cooperative Przodownik – very good contact, helpful administration, maintenance workers, and technical support available almost immediately. The monthly fee was about 700 PLN, including waste disposal, heating (radiators with individual meters – settled annually based on individual consumption), a flat fee for water (hot and cold water supplied with water meters – settled annually based on individual consumption) and the repair fund. Additional fees include electricity and gas – utilities are metered, and the charges are calculated based on consumption.
