It is wonderful to walk barefoot on truly wooden, oiled floors made of long, thick boards - finally not immortal parquet in herringbone pattern :). The floors have never been sanded, so they are promising!

The building is from 2011, has only two staircases, and is managed by a small, efficiently operating housing community.

When the children were younger, there was a sandbox, trampoline, and swing in our garden: we had our own private playground :) Now the older children have moved out, so we are selling, too many meters to clean ...

The apartment is perfect for a larger family or as an investment for rental: 4 separate rooms plus a living room and kitchen, two bathrooms, ideal for students: 10 minutes on foot to the Faculty of Management at UW, 20 minutes on foot to Lazarski University.

Next to Carrefour Express, Żabka, almost all possible package machines, pharmacy, primary school and its publicly accessible pitch, Culture House Kadr, promenade area of the Horse Races, market on Gotarda, church.

15 minutes on foot to Biedronka, 2 bus stops to Galeria Mokotow, 2 bus stops to the Ursynow Metro or 3 trams to Wilanowska Metro.

At Puławska, Orlen station, 2 minutes by car.
