Kosocicka Forest is a residential estate of single-family houses in twin construction, located in the southern district of Krakow - Podgorze Duchackie. The investment is in a unique ecological area of Słona Woda covering 13.53 ha - an extraordinary aquatic ecosystem, springs of marshy areas, sandy grasslands, and woodlands.

The Kosocicka Forest estate consists of 18 twin-located houses and one free-standing twin-family house (a total of 38 residential units). Our priority was to create a functional project that provides future residents with maximum comfort of use while allowing for the closest contact with nature.

The investment features unique architecture inspired by traditional Polish building forms - modern barns are minimalist buildings made of high-quality materials, with large amounts of glazing and functional layouts. They also include ecological solutions: heating via air heat pumps, recuperation, and technical preparation for the installation of photovoltaic systems for residential units located on the 2nd floor and usable attic. Each unit will have triple-glazed windows with contacts, ensuring optimal thermal and acoustic conditions.

Our offering includes 38 apartments in four layout types:

• 4-room units on the ground floor with a garden in the first line of development under Rzhanetski Forest – offering spacious interiors with an area of 99.40 m², along with a garage in the building's body,
• 4-room units on the ground floor with a garden in the second line of development under Rzhanetski Forest – available in two surface area variants: 78.27 m² or 87.22 m² (one unit of this area), also with a garage in the building's body,
• 6-room duplexes with an additional loft and a terrace in the second line of development – have an above-ground parking space and the right for exclusive use of the garden located in front of the building.
