Kosocicka Forest is a residential estate of single-family houses in twin construction, located in the southern district of Krakow - Podgorze Duchackie. The investment is in a unique ecological area of Słona Woda covering 13.53 ha - an extraordinary aquatic ecosystem, springs of marshy areas, sandy grasslands, and woodlands.
The Kosocicka Forest estate consists of 18 twin-located houses and one free-standing twin-family house (a total of 38 residential units). Our priority was to create a functional project that provides future residents with maximum comfort of use while allowing for the closest contact with nature.
