To maximize and ergonomically utilize the space, the kitchen furniture and other furniture were individually designed and custom-made by a carpenter. The floors consist of two types of materials: solid AC5 class panels arranged in a herringbone pattern were used in living areas, adding coziness, while elegant and durable large-format tiles were used in the hallway and bathroom. Stylish black baseboards made of moisture-resistant MDF add elegance to the flooring. Moreover, bathroom walls are finished with tiles of the same quality as the floors, while other rooms' walls are covered with wash-resistant and abrasion-resistant latex paint.

Hallway

The effectively planned hallway serves as the center of the apartment, emanating minimalist space, harmony, and order. This effect was achieved by using ample built-in cabinetry made by a carpenter to measure in subdued colors, perfectly complementing the flooring, wall finishes, and doors leading to other rooms. Additionally, its space has been illuminated and optically enlarged by a large loft-style mirror.

Living room with dining area

The spacious, well-lit living room with large windows is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa (the apartment will be furnished after July 20, 2025) and a place for RTV equipment with a spacious cabinet, providing comfortable conditions for relaxation. At the back of the living room, there is a dining space with an elegant round table and four chairs, making it a perfect place for family meals or spending time on weekends. The living room has access to a balcony with a beautiful view of the expansive estate and well-maintained greenery.

Kitchen

The kitchen is in the form of a large annex opening onto the living room and dining room. The kitchen furniture was custom-made by a carpenter from high-quality materials (Blum fittings, countertops, and front panels from Egger), and branded appliances along with spacious worktops meet even the most refined culinary needs. Among the kitchen equipment are: a Franke sink with a flexible faucet, a Whirlpool induction stovetop, a built-in hood in the hanging cabinets from Amica, a Whirlpool dishwasher, a Samsung fridge with freezer, an Electrolux oven, as well as a set-up ready for a washing machine. The composition is completed by stylish LED under-cabinet lighting.

Bedroom no. 1

The bedroom in this apartment can be a quiet oasis of peace and relaxation. The proposed arrangement exudes an atmosphere of exceptional coziness. Large windows provide access to natural light and beautiful views of the area. The central point of the bedroom is a designated space for a large double bed with wall lamps and space for bedside tables. TV and Internet connections are installed on the wall in front of the bed. A recess has also been created in the bedroom ideal for a spacious wardrobe.

Additional Information

The apartment constitutes a separate ownership and has a land and mortgage register with no encumbrances. Currently, the administrative rent, along with advances for water, hot water, and heating, amounts to around 670 PLN. It is possible to use a mortgage!
