External walls are 2-layered made of red brick (one layer of brick, dilation, second layer of brick) with a thickness of about 40cm. In 2020, the external facade was insulated with styrofoam and renewed. Internal load-bearing walls have variable thickness of 28cm and 40cm, internal partition walls 17cm. Concrete ceilings on the ground floor with a thickness of 30cm and wooden on the upper floors with a thickness of 30cm. The building is placed on concrete foundation walls. Flat roof covered with roofing felt, in 2023 the roof and chimney were repaired. Gravity ventilation, brick chimneys separately for each residential unit.

Basement with an area of 59.27m2 and a height of 1.80m, consisting of: 4 separate rooms (18.51m2, 18.19m2, 10.34m2, 3.76m2), and a corridor of 8.47m2. The basement is in need of thorough renovation, primarily requiring horizontal insulation. The basement retains moisture, as in a significant part of the basement instead of flooring there is native soil (mainly clay), so during heavy rains, the basement is flooded with groundwater from below to a height of several cm. The best solution is to renovate the basement together with the owners of the other apartments and share the costs, thus creating rooms for use for each of the units.

The staircase as a common part has an area of 26.25m2. Wooden stairs, the staircase was renovated in 2015: painting the entire staircase and stairs, laying tiles, applying fireproof plaster, replacing the front doors.
