BUILDING CHARACTERISTICS:

The buildings will be constructed from Silka limestone-sand blocks and will be insulated with 18 cm thick polystyrene, and the facade will be made of mineral plaster covered with silicone paint. Additionally, the apartments will be decorated with wooden elements on the outside, and the terrace railings will be made of glass. The modern design of the estate is complemented by fashionable colors on the building facade in white and anthracite. The concrete structure of the flat roof will be insulated in multiple layers. The interior walls of the apartments will be finished with KNAUF machine plaster. Under the floors, a smooth concrete floor will be laid, with underfloor heating controlled by a thermostat. The buildings will be equipped with triple-glazed, 7-chamber windows (white on the inside and anthracite on the outside). The living room will have a large terrace window, providing more comfort and light. The residential units will also be equipped with installations: TV, electrical, water-sewage, gas, and alarm. Each room will additionally have a computer installation. Heating will be provided by a modern, dual-function gas boiler from Viessmann and underfloor heating. Anti-burglary entrance doors in anthracite color will be installed. Carefully arranged gardens will have prepared areas, with terraces made of paving stones on the ground and surrounded by panel fencing from Wisniowski. The internal estate road will be paved with Semmelrock paving stones in gray and will be illuminated by street lamps. The project of the closed estate with electrically controlled barriers also provides for nicely arranged common areas, where parking spaces will be located.

The estate on Astrowa Street is located in a place allowing for quick access in every direction, thanks to its location near the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski roundabout. This intersection is one of the main communication hubs of the city, providing access via route no. 55 towards Kwidzyn and Malbork, route no. 55 towards Olsztyn, the diameter route to the A1 motorway, and the main access from the northeast to the center of Grudziadz.
