The implementation of new or reconstruction of existing buildings, as well as changes in the development and use of land, must not violate the rights of owners, users, and administrators of neighboring areas, technical, sanitary, and fire safety standards, other requirements, especially concerning environmental protection, water management, and geology, as well as the protection of cultural goods and landscape. 6. The form of free-standing service and economic facilities, except for public purpose investments, should meet the following requirements: the height of service facilities cannot exceed 8 meters, and for economic facilities - 6 meters. 7. The architectural form of the building: a) Location of buildings: in areas with existing development, buildings should be located in a way that does not violate the specific features, spatial arrangements appropriate for the given locality. b) The main body of the building should be rectangular, with external dimensions or proportions referring to the parameters of buildings typical for the locality. c) The building's body should be a rectangular prism covered with a symmetrical roof, with a steep two or multi-pitched roof. 8. The area of the plot is subject to the approximate area of drained lands. Therefore, in design solutions, existing drainage devices must be taken into account and proper drainage conditions must be ensured. POSSIBILITY OF LAND DEVELOPMENT The parameters of the presented land allow for its development, among others, with a residential building, which is best located in its northern (widest) part. The remaining part can be, for example, a garden, a playground for children, and parking spaces. This area can be arranged in any way, but it must comply with the guidelines contained in the Local Spatial Development Plan. 6.
