f) holiday homes and camping sites;

g) residential function in the form of an apartment for the owner or manager of the area

In terms of land development principles, it is established:

1) the height of the building may not exceed 2 above-ground floors plus usable attic;

2) the height of buildings measured from the ground level to the upper edge of the roof ridge may not exceed 15m;

3) roofs of buildings should be gable, with symmetrically sloping surfaces, the angle of inclination of the roof surfaces is set from 30-50 degrees, covered with ceramic tiles or tile-like materials;

4) building lines at the following distances, according to the markings on the drawings of the plan or separate regulations, at a distance of 6m from the boundary lines of class D and KDPJ roads;

5) the maximum area of development and hardened surfaces should not exceed 35% of the plot area;

6) the minimum biologically active area should not be less than 60% of the plot area;

7) within the plot designated for development, the minimum ratio of biologically active area is 35%;

8) building intensity within the range of 0.01 - 0.5;

9) it is mandatory to designate within the property, within the primary purpose, parking spaces for cars of permanent and periodically present users in the amount of 2 parking spaces for each commenced 25 m2 of usable area

10) the obligation to maintain and conserve existing greenery, and any losses and new plantings should be made in accordance with existing natural conditions;

11) the minimum area of a building plot may not be less than 1500 m2.
