Building plots with areas from 1387 m2 to 1913 m2, located in the Panorama Lesniki complex by Lake Kukowino, in the village of Kukowko, Swietajno commune.
The plots are located in a complex of building and recreational plots "Panorama Lesniki" directly by Lake Kukowino. A fenced, well-maintained shared beach of 4936 m2 is located 570 m from the plots. Panorama Lesniki is an excellent place for relaxation, active leisure both on the water and for hiking or cycling trips. The proximity of lakes, the neighborhood of green areas, and the natural values of the area create ideal conditions for living and enjoying the charms of the Garbaty Mazury.
Lake Kukowino, on which the Panorama Lesniki complex is located, is a water reservoir excluded from the silence zone, reaching an area of 130 ha, located within the Ełk Protected Landscape Area, about 10 km southwest of Olecko, in the Swietajno commune. The lake has a developed shoreline, with three islands. Fish found in the lake include: bream, perch, and pike.
Along with the plots, a share in the internal roads is also sold included in the price.
On the shared, fenced beach, a pier has been built with a usable area of about 50 m2.
