4) the building area on the building plot:


a) with a detached residential building: no more than 20%,


b) with a semi-detached residential building: no more than 25%,


c) with a terraced residential building: no more than 35%,

5) the intensity of development on the building plot:


a) with a detached residential building: from 0.0 to 0.4,


b) with a semi-detached residential building: from 0.0 to 0.5,


c) with a terraced residential building: from 0.0 to 0.7;

6) the biologically active area on the building plot:


a) with a detached residential building: minimum 60%,


b) with a semi-detached residential building: minimum 50%,


c) with a terraced residential building: minimum 30%;

7) the minimum area of a newly designated building plot:


a) for the construction of a detached single-family residential building: 800 m2,


b) for the construction of a semi-detached single-family residential building: 450 m2,


c) for the construction of a terraced single-family residential building: 300 m2;

8) roofs should be gable or multi-gable, with a slope angle of 30 to 45 degrees, with the exception of point 9;

9) the use of roofs with any slope angle over such parts of single-family residential buildings as: bay windows, dormers, entrance canopies, balconies, and terraces, garage parts, as well as over utility buildings and garages is allowed;

10) the number of parking spaces, including spaces in garages: a minimum of two spaces for each residential unit;

11) the number of parking spaces for vehicles equipped with a parking card: according to the requirements specified in separate regulations.
