a) division into building plots requires ensuring communication service in accordance with the plan's provisions and detailed regulations regarding property management,
b) the division of plots may occur within existing ownership divisions or as a result of the dissolution of ownership after a preliminary concept of plot division has been made,
c) the size of the divided plots should be adapted to the type of development, assuming that the minimum widths of the shorter side of the divided plots for residential development should not be less than:
- 20m for detached single-family housing,
- 30m for homestead development,
