13) building height - this means the height measured from the ground level at the main entrance to the building, located on the first above-ground floor of the building, to the ridge of the roof or the upper surface of the highest roof without considering the raised machine rooms and other technical rooms, telecommunications infrastructure devices, with individual heights reaching up to 3.0m above the unexceedable height of buildings, building height also applies to construction objects measured from the average ground level around the outline of the object to the highest part of that object.
