For sale is a large building plot in the village of Krzyzowice in the Kobierzyce commune.
The plot is covered by a local zoning plan -

Purpose:
§ 15.
1. Areas for single-family residential development marked on the drawing with symbols from 1MN to 25MN are designated, for which the following provisions apply:
1) primary purpose: single-family residential development;
2) complementary purpose:
a) services in the field of: finance, gastronomy and entertainment, retail trade, non-public education services, business and customer services, small services, non-public health and social care services,
b) arranged greenery,
c) technical infrastructure.
2. Principles for the protection and shaping of spatial order, shaping of development and indicators for land development:
1 within the boundaries of areas 3MN – 25MN: single-family residential buildings in a detached or semi-detached arrangement;
2 within the boundaries of areas 1MN and 2MN: single-family residential buildings in a terraced arrangement;
3 the location of services in utility premises of the residential building, in added rooms or in detached service buildings is permitted;
4 in the case of introducing services, their total area may not exceed 50m2, with the exception of point 5;
5 in the case of introducing non-public education services, their total area may not exceed 150m2;
6 for buildings or parts of buildings existing on the day of entry into force of this resolution, which do not meet the parameters and indicators specified in this resolution, their reconstruction is permitted;
7 indicators of building intensity:
a) minimum = 0,
b) maximum for areas 3MN – 25MN: 0.80,
c) maximum for areas 1MN and 2MN: 1.60;
8 the area of development in relation to the area of the building plot may not exceed: a) for areas 3MN – 25MN: 40%,
b) for areas 1MN and 2MN: 50%;
9 indicators are established:
a) for areas 3MN – 25MN at least 500m2 of building plot area per residential unit,
b) for areas 1MN and 2MN at least 300m2 of building plot area per residential unit;
10) the minimum share of biologically active area in relation to the area of the building plot:
a) for areas 3MN – 25MN at least 40% of the area of the building plot,
b) for areas 1MN and 2MN at least 30% of the area of the building plot;
