i) roofing should be made of ceramic tiles, metal roofing, sheet metal, or bituminous covering in red, brick, brown, black, graphite colors with a ban on using bright colors;
The plot is located very close to Warsaw, 2 km from the S8 route. A 5-minute walk will take you to the public transport stop. The journey to Trocka metro station takes about a dozen minutes by bus 738. It is only 10 km to Targowek in Warsaw, making the commute quick and convenient.
