Conditions of the local spatial development plan:§ 5. 1. The plan delineates, on the plan drawing, the areas and marks them with symbols:
1) in the structural unit Ruda Kozielska – A 1MN ÷ A 40MN;
2) in the structural unit Rudy – B 1MN ÷ B 135MN.
2. For the areas referred to in paragraph 1, it is established, subject to § 43 paragraph 7:
1) primary purpose – single-family residential development;
2) permissible purpose:
a) existing farm buildings in agricultural, breeding, gardening farms,
b) non-intrusive service buildings,
c) agritourism function in the buildings referred to in point a,
d) sports and recreation services,
e) garages, utility buildings;
