Thanks to the performed insulation, terraces and balconies are protected against water leaks, and the use of thermal insulation helps maintain the appropriate temperature inside the rooms. Gardens: The garden area is entirely covered with black soil with grass sown. Railings and pergolas: Galvanized steel railings, painted or aluminum or glass with an aluminum structure. Pergolas equipped with movable balusters controlled manually, can be closed, tilted, or completely opened depending on needs. Facades: The facade is finished in two technologies: silicone plaster colored in mass and inserts of natural wood.
