FAÇADE: The warmest gray styrofoam with the lowest parameters on the market, 20mm thick, was used. It is used for passive houses. Window and door joinery: the highest quality products available on the market with the lowest thermal parameters used even in passive houses.

GROUND FLOOR and FLOOR: in 2 bedrooms, the highest class sliding doors HST warm aluminum profile PONZIO with thermal block were used, glazing package 3-glass Ug=0.5 [W/m². K]. The only available door system that is so warm and allows for threshold-free exit to the external terrace. INSTALLATIONS WD/KAN: The entire water and sewage installation was replaced and installed anew.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS: New installations were run in most rooms, a new installation was independently run under infrared heaters. New connections were made along with new boxes and fuses and connection to the building and new lightning protection.

DEEP WELL: - a borehole was made by a professional company, which provides safe access to its own water intake with the option of connecting additional households.
