Furthermore, the house has developed the entire attic space, not just a mezzanine like in most other projects! - the house inside is equipped with mill stairs with railings, not a ladder, which is much safer and more comfortable for both children and adults, - the house meets all the requirements of the ROD law, its building area is 35m2, and the height to the ridge does not exceed 5m. Also, the minimum distances from the plot boundaries have been restored (the previously existing building was too close to the fence), - walls and floors are made entirely of wood, with tongue and groove boards, there is not a gram of chipboard in the house, everything is made of certified wood, - the house is equipped with new PVC windows in brown color, and wooden shutters on the ground floor, - all doors are made entirely of wood, On the ground floor (besides the terrace and tool shed) there is a designed living room with a kitchenette and fireplace (over 20m2) and a toilet with a shower. In the attic, there is an open space over the entire building area, which can serve as a sleeping area. The plot also provides the possibility of adding a garage-shed with lighting, and for this purpose, an appropriate power cable has been brought from the house. What remains to be done: - finishing the house inside from the visible state in the photos to one that satisfies the owner, - making stairs in front of the house, possibly first bringing soil around the house, as deemed appropriate, - making a lawn.
