In the area of undeveloped green areas, construction is prohibited.
As permissible use in undeveloped green areas, the possibility of implementing:

3) sports and recreation facilities and small architecture objects such as benches, seats, etc. 3. Existing buildings located in undeveloped green areas are to be maintained.
Single-family development areas are designated on the plan with symbols from 1MN to 205MN with the primary purpose of single-family development, in a free-standing or semi-detached arrangement, with a prohibition on the implementation of terraced development.
As complementary use in single-family development areas, the possibility of locating:
1) services of a commercial or public nature located in separate buildings;
2) embedded service function with an area consistent with the definition of a single-family residential building as defined in separate regulations;
3) networks, devices, and technical infrastructure facilities;
4) roads, access roads, parking bays, and designated parking lots, pedestrian crossings, and paths.
The condition for the location of objects and devices for complementary purposes mentioned in paragraph 2 is the implementation of non-intrusive services only.
Within the areas marked with MN symbols, the following land development and building design rules are established:
1) maximum building area ratio - 40%;
2) minimum biologically active area ratio - 50%;
3) minimum building intensity ratio - 0.01;
4) maximum building intensity ratio - 0.4;
5) building height, subject to the provisions contained in 7 paragraph 13 point 3:
a) for single-family and service buildings:
- maximum 10 m for buildings covered with a pitched roof,
- maximum 6.5 m for parts of buildings covered with a flat roof (does not apply to dormers),
b) for garage, utility, garage-utility buildings - maximum 6 m except for buildings covered with a flat roof, for which it is a maximum of 4 m;
